Good Day,
I have a new member who is unable to complete the op in process. He has received the email asking him to complete the process. When he clicks on the agree link a pop-up asks him to clear browsing data. Once he clears the data and tries to opt in he is directed to a FreeToastHost Request a website page.
This member is using a gmail account. He is a member of another club and, using a different email address has no issues with login.

I've searched the documents and previous forum posts but can't seem to find anything addressing this issue.

If you could post the body of the email here that the new member received that would be helpful for our troubleshooting... particularly including the links in the email.

Additionally, you might want to try resending the opt-in email to the member using that option in the drop down menu in Membership Management.

I'm not sure if you saw, but there was a pdf file attached to my original post with screenshots of all of the popup windows and t shot of the email the member received, with the link highlighted with a red box around it.

I've attached a shot of the email

I'll try the resend as you requested.

After reviewing the link, I see an issue. The alias "eyeopener.toastmastersclubs.org" is no longer valid.. we have changed the club name to connectedcommunicators and removed the eyeopener alias. would this self correct by sending the opt in from the admin console?
