Treasurer can't receive emails when sent using club alias 2 years 6 months ago #88397

Our Treasurer can receive emails from FreeToastHost (FTH) when sent using the agenda and dues management module at her Gmail account and when emailed directly to her Gmail address.  However, the sender gets the following error when sent to her club alias: "Cannot find specified club/distict # (28673544).  You cannot send email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  For more information on using FreeToastHost email addresses, visit  support.toastmastersclubs.org ."  

Can you help troubleshoot and resolve this with next steps for us to try?  She gets important financial information, such as bills, legal, and tax documents, that shouldn't be missed.  We want to use the club alias for credibility and continuity to avoid changing it each term for our club accounts to personal email addresses.

Sorry, the issue was switching two numbers in the club alias.  Thanks for the quick and helpful troubleshooting!
