Gregalot Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 6 Thank you received: 1	I am the Site Administrator and in the past week I am unable to "launch admin console" or "Edit content" on my Mac. I was able to do this about one week ago. I am all to do these functions on my iPad. I have "Restarted" the Mac, I have deleted the "bookmark" and keyed "567.toastmastersclubs.org" into my browser to no avail. Have you any suggestions. Greg Hayes DTM Club 567-73

Log in as site admin using Club Number and associated password. When I click on "Launch Admin Console" button - nothing happens. I do not see an "Accept" button. As I said it works fine on my iPad.

As it appears that you are using Safari, and Safari has more problems than other browsers, could you please look for a link at the very bottom of your screen (scroll to the bottom) that says (Click here to reload website from server.) and click that. After that, see if you are able to access the Admin Console.

Hi Brian,

I was able to login and "Launch admin console" using Firefox.
I was using Safari - Version 13.1.2 (13609.3.5.1.5)
I am not a computer expert and my expertise is limited. My Mac is several years old and not supporting the latest software updates.

It seems to me that there has been some change somewhere that has caused this issue as it worked one day then stopped working.

You likely need to update your Safari browser to the latest version.

Alternatively, if you want to see if there is a Javascript error occurring, then refer to the following:
support.awesome-table.com/hc/en-us/artic...i-to-identify-errors
(If you find an error in red, please screen capture it and post here.)

Whether or not it worked in the past may not be really relevant if you have not been updating your browser, as I will not make my code support old browser versions forever. I regularly refer to caniuse.com/ for support provided by various browsers and I am looking to make use of newer Javascript features.

I am happy to use the alternate Browser (Firefox) to access the site. I understand your position of not making the code support old browser versions. Thanks- I am a happy user.
