Last week and this week we have had members sign up for a role in the agenda, and then (for reasons of their own) have gone into the agenda and removed themselves from the role for that meeting.  The role itself is also being removed from the agenda, and no one else can sign up as it is no longer there.  this happened in the past 2 weeks.

Dynamically Speaking Toastmasters #2799
September 15th agenda - Braden Bennett had signed up for Speaker #2. He withdrew and signed up for September 8th instead.  The #2 speaking spot for September 15th disappeared from the agenda.

September 8th Agenda, no one had signed up for Table Topics Evaluator and the role disappeared.

Thank you

How exactly did he remove himself from the agenda? By clicking the X next to "Role filled by" or by using the edit/update function ?

I cannot duplicate your issue.
Have your tried it?
I logged in as Braden added to speaker 2
logged out
logged in as Braden clicked x to remove from speaker 2
logged out
logged in as admin speaker 2 is still there

Braden will have to describe EXACTLY what he did and duplicate the error.
