1,  Is it possible to save save the final agenda to a computer as a pdf?

2.  In our club, the General Evaluator, Speech Evaluators and Table Topics Leader all give the Toastmaster a short introduction to read.  Is there a way to add just the introduction "box" to the agenda so that it is only visible to the Toastmaster for printing?

MANY THANKS.

To create a pdf copy of the agenda, you can print/save to pdf from the browser. Depending on your browser, you may need to tell it to print backgrounds and not to print headers and footers. (Unless you want the header and footer information to be there, of course.)

I'm not 100% sure about your second question, but I suspect that the answer is "No".
