CLUB #1695

Hello! My club meeting agenda are set to start at 7:00PM in the agenda settings; however, the club calendar is populating these meetings to start 3:00PM. This is the first time I see this kind of error.

May I have assistance in identifying the issue? '

Thank you!

Your club website timezone is set to GMT. It needs to be set to your local timezone.

The setting is near the bottom of the admin console.

I changed the time zone setting on the admin console to US/Eastern, our accurate time zone. However, the club calendar continues to show meetings at 3:00PM instead of 7:00PM.

I can think of two other possibilities here:

One is that you may be better off using the global-region/city version of the timezone. For US Eastern, I think that is America/New York.

The other is a setting on the local computer. Sometimes people who have travelled between timezones still have their timezone of origin set in the computer's control panel. (I've seen that with international students where I live.) If that's the case, change it and see what happens. Or, if it's a new computer, it may have been left on its default setting. It could also be that you need to clear the browser cache.

You'll also need to save or edit any existing agendas to get them to 'take' the corrected time.  I've just gone in and saved your next agenda, which now shows correctly on the calendar
