Hi,

Our newest member is not receiving her opt-in email, even after verifying correct email address (gmail address). I have resent the opt-in two extra times and she has checked her junk/spam folders. She does keep a strong security software on her computer due to her work (Kaspersky).

Can you help? Thanks.

So, it looks like there was a communication issue on the 1st email send attempt, but the 2 subsequent attempts to send the email were successful.

Everything looks fine on our end.  I would suggest arranging a time with the member to re-send the opt-in email in a coordinated fashion, so they get it right after you send it.
