The club I was in, Training in Focus, Club 8435 has been dissolved and I have been tasked with closing down the website.  It is not immediately obvious to me how this can be done and I have heard that sites are often never formally closed down.  How do I go about it?

FreeToastHost website for club 8435 DELETED--website data will be purged in 90 days.

If requested, sites will be deleted by an FTH ambassador.  If not, clubs suspended for the required period will have their sites deleted on an annual or biannual basis.
