I am trying to find the standard process for document Meeting Awards, as in Best Speaker, Best Table Topic,  Best Evaluator.  Is there a standard method that allows for selecting the best of speakers and evaluators for that meeting, recording the Table Topics speakers, then selecting of those entered as best TT Speaker?

What some clubs do is to add additional roles at the bottom for Best Speaker, Best Table Topic, etc.   They also set those roles to not print and not be sign-up roles.   Thus, people cannot sign-up for those and they only show up online.  The meeting Toastmaster or the VPE then sets those roles via the agenda editor after the meeting.
