Hello support, I have a member who just reinstated her membership. She can no longer log into our Speak-IT agenda page. She receives the agenda email that I send to the group but she can't login. I also have a member who never received  the Free Toast Host opt in email. He check spam and junk.

What error does Sarahi have when trying to log in?  If she has forgotten her password she should leave the password field blank, click authenticate/login, and follow the instructions provided.

The opt-in email to Doug was sent successfully on 4 January.  I've sent another one now - please ask him to look out for it
