My toastmaster, Emily, signed up as toastmaster.  She then added a theme for the meeting under Meeting Description.  The system then alerted her that she removed a member, Rick, from the General Evaluator role.  (He had signed up for this role a couple hours earlier.).

I experienced the exact issue a few weeks ago and assumed it was (my) user error.  I thought it best to report since this has now happened twice.  Thanks for any advice!

If they spend too much time with an agenda open for update and someone else takes a role while they have it open then yes this can happen.

Do no keep an Agenda open for update, and refresh the agenda before clicking the pencil if you have had the Agenda open for a while.
