A member (e.g., Anna) of Jade Toastmasters can't log into FreeToastHost perhaps due to using virtual private network (VPN) in China for security and/or work.  Aside from turning VPN off, what information (e.g., internet service provider name, IP address) do you need to troubleshoot this issue?

Sorry no. If a VPN is blocked it is because it was used by spammer or hacker and will not be unblocked.

Tell them to try another VPN or change their IP in the VPN, or better yet their actual IP.
