When our officers email a carbon copy (CC) to other officers using FreeToastHost (FTH) email aliases, the recipient receives an email showing only them as a the recipient without anyone else on the CC.  However, if a Google mail account is CC'd, it receives the email as seen by the sender with all the recipients, including those CC'd.  This can be confusing and cause redundant emails to be sent by the recipient without knowing who else was CC'd.

Can you share the rationale for not letting the recipient see those who are CC'd using the club's aliases unless they use the actual Gmail address?  Alternatively, how does one let the recipient's see all the recipients when using FTH's email aliases?

That is how it is programmed. We see no reason to change it at this time. Mail handling is very complex and we were considering disabling the CC function.
