Suppose agendas exist for 20 September (roles are filled) and 4 October (only a few roles have been assigned).

Is there a way to overwrite the October agenda with September's while leaving the latter intact?   Or do I simply manually update each role in the  October agenda?  I don't find this specific matter in the FTH documentation (but may well have missed it).

I am using Chrome on a Windows 10 PC.

Thanx.

bcolletti post=91362 userid=27307while leaving the latter intact?

The latter remains intact but only the structure of an agenda (not the role sign-ups) is retained if you 'Save as New Agenda' or 'Save this agenda as an Agenda Template'. Neither of these functions will overwrite an existing agenda. (Note; It is possible to overwrite an existing agenda template. Heed the (!) note in the pop-up box if you select 'Save this agenda as an Agenda Template'.)

You'll have to manually assign the attendee roles to any new agenda.

'Save as New Agenda' will create another active agenda. Use carefully because it can add another agenda to the same meeting time/date.

'Save this agenda as an Agenda Template' is preferred if you made some agenda structure changes (e.g. during a meeting) and wish to retain them for creating future meeting events. Again; this does not retain role sign-ups.
