Hi,

I'm trying to add a new member. I added her name & email. It didn't show up. I tried to add it again and got an error message saying her name was already in the system. I tried to send her a welcome email and her name has a strike through, saying I must select an activated member.

I just added another person as a new member 5 minutes before with no issue, sending the member welcome email after adding.

I would delete and start over but it says it would freeze for 30 days?!?

Please help.
