I am experiencing a similar trouble and I have pasted below the undeliverable message. I turned it into our IT dept and they said we are not on the spamcop list. How can I resolve this.Sent: Tuesday, January 16, 2024 10:45 AM

2) READ the bounce the reason is there

Mail from 40.107.236.100 refused because IP is on SpamCop - see spamcop.net/bl.shtml

he needs to have his email processor fix this we cannot.
