"Not a Member" has gone rogue. Is this a known issue? What can I do?

Last week one member, Maria Cubacha, was deactivated as an active member and sent to the former members list. We put her back.

Today member, Dustin, received 3 "Not a Member" confirmation emails.
Also today member Lynne D received 10 "Not a Member" confirmation emails.

Our admin messages have two that say this with no name on it:

2024-01-16 11:24PM GMT, FreeToastHost System Notification]

has indicated via a "Not a Member?" email link that they are no longer a member of club
and has requested that the system move them to Former Member status.

This message is to notify you that the system has completed this request.

If you have any questions about this notice, please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org.

1) Make sure that the link they are using to access your site does not have anything after the toastmastersclubs.org

2) if they are forwarding their emails from the club to anyone else make sure they remove the link at the bottom of the emails.
