Some of our members status is being updated from 'current Member' to 'Former Member'.  I noticed this when I was looking at the next agenda and what used to be members names attached to meeting roles is now 'former member'

We had experienced this in the past when our members were using their company email addresses (all the same).  This time it happened it included our VPE who is very knowledgeable on the site and does not use his company email address.

We have had this site for several years and have been very happy with its features.

Hope someone can provide me with guidance on what the issue may be.

This should only happen (automatically) if the member clicks on the  "Not a Member?" link at the bottom of a group message.
If it keeps happening and you are managing your membership list, your admin can turn off the link in Email security

I have had this happen to us several times in the past 6 months.  It has happened to our club president a handful of times and now it has happened to one of our members twice in the past week.  I just logged in as admin and got a bunch of messages saying that she had selected not a member.  But when I go to email security that box is not checked.  I went back and looked at an email our secretary sent via the club members email and it does NOT have that as an option in the email.
