Hi,  
Arnold Pablo, one of our club members, is trying to reset his password.  Below is his email to me.  Please help him, or what can I do to help?

Hi Denise,
I tried 20 times or more to reset my password - the system gave me a qualifying code thru my email. But by the time I started getting back
to the blank space, the code already expired, after 5 SECONDS. I then totally gave up. It's far, far easier to contact the FBI/CIA than
to change a TM. PASSWORD to look at my "Base Camp."   Maybe, if you could help me on this, I appreciate it, appreciate it
with my sincere gratitude.  By the way, who won the Area Contest (Peninsula TM. Area}?

Is he referring to your club website (this support forum is for club websites) or to the TI website?
TI has recently tightened their password options - must have an uppercase. lowercase, number and special character and a minimum number of characters (I think it is 8 ).  I had trouble creating mine until I had all of the requirements right, since then it's been a breeze.  If it is a TI issue and that doesn't help, refer to their support.
