5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

Greetings,
I've been trying to add a new member to our club website, but each time she tries to Authenticate for the first time, she gets an error message (see screen shot attached). I tried resending her the opt-in email, but that didn't make any difference. I believe she was using Firefox, and then she tried Chrome. She is on the Duke University network, but she didn't think that should prevent her from accessing the site. Name: Caroline Gorham Email: This email address is being protected from spambots.
