Hello - I had to restart this topic as Bell MTS has asked for more information and if you could do a test so they can discover why the emails are not getting through. Here is what they asked for.

Have your host complete the steps below.

telnet  mx.mymts.net  25 
XDUMPCONTEXT 

It will provide logs we require. Have the host screenshot these logs and send them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.with the subject line "Ticket 2024041500085228".
Once you have confirmed your host has sent this to us please call us back to let us know as we do not monitor that mailbox.

Is it possible for you to do that? 

Fingers crossed as I have been working on this with them for over a month now, and I do not always remember to forward the agenda emails to the BellMTS users.

Bell MTS have asked for some more information- I am copying the email i received from them ..Regarding the open Ticket regarding your toast masters email issue. The text below will allow you to run a test from your sending IP address end. The output you get will be what we would need you to copy and paste in its entirety. This information will help in resolve the trouble you have been having.

I am so sorry - I saw that the spacing was not there and thought that perhaps this request was closed. That is why I re-posted it with the proper spacing. I am feeling very badly about taking up so much if your time, i will send this information to them and speak to them on Monday. If they send me something else, it is best to add to this? Here we go again...Bell MTS sent me an email that says 

The ticket was sent back indicating the information that was sent back over to us did not have the expected information attached.

I will send you a copy of the results that we would expect to recieve back with the request we previously sent you. Hopefully this helps in getting them to submit the information back.
