Hello - Me and my fellow officers are now locked out of the admin panel on our club website.A fellow officer told me he clicked “change password” for the Mutual Voices site. It said links will be sent to site admins.I am a site admin and did not receive the link. And I cannot get into the site admin panel as I previously was able to. Seeking assistance to get back into the admin functions. Is there any chance the support team can do a reset and have it go to the listed site admins? Or should I submit a FreeToastHost Website Admin Change Request form? Or is there another way to solve this issue? Please let me know.

-Caleb from club #3852

The official site admin is Paul Ehrsam, who should be able to request a password reset. If Paul is no longer a club member, then probably the best approach is to make an Admin Change Request. If you do that, check that your official club email address is up to date in Club Central beforehand.

Spare yourself anxiety and Backup your site regularly.
