Our club is attempting to regain access to our Instagram account. We used the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., but it gives us a suspicious login message and sends a code to that email address, but it appears FTH is blocking it from being sent. This is the same issue referred to in these previous posts from 2018 and 2019.

We have tried everything suggested in those posts, including turning off the crowd-sources blacklist, adding This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to the whitelist, lowering Spam settings as much as possible, checking the Spam folder of the Gmail account to which this should be forwarded, and confirming that the email address is the correct one registered. One post mentioned a possible IP that was being blocked; is that something that needs to be done on your end?

The only other thing Meta suggested was to add facebookmail.com to the whitelist (which I did on the club site, but to no effect). If that can be enabled, I'll try one last time, but if that doesn't work, then I'll need to work with Meta to resolve.

I can only see 3 emails to your VPPR address in the last 4 weeks - 2 are tests from yourself and a club address.
