]I have a member who twice has been moved to the "opt out" category.  She insists she didn't do anything to initiate this change.  Both times, as Administrator, I moved her back into active membership but wanted to see if you could trace the sequence of events in case there is a glitch.  Her name is Tera Krueger.  I received the alert both times, and questioned her about opting out, only to learn she did not opt out and wants to remain active.  The last time was 08/02/2024 @ 1:36 PM GMT.

I also notice when sending the Agenda to all members, there is an inconsistency in showing the opt out message.  I sent a message today and no opt out message appears.  When another one was sent July 30th, there was an opt out message.  Not sure if that is relevant, but it is curious that it doesn't appear in both emails.

Some email providers were causing the former member / opt-out issue.  The setting has recently been disabled in FreeToastHost to stop the issue from occurring.

Thank you for letting me know.  If we encounter this issue again I'll be sure to update this email thread with the details.
