yes, old topic.

I saw the forum advice to untick 'Not a member' box but that box does not appear in our email security section.  do you all see that option?  I don't and am logged in as admin.

any guidance appreciated.

That option has recently been disabled for all clubs and removed from email security.

1. Send an email and ensure the "not a member" section is no longer present in the email.   If not present, great!  If it is, then the message above about disabling in all clubs may not be correct.  respond here.

2. If it isn't present, great.   You may have people who are responding to old emails that have the "not a member" section.  Responding to those emails can trigger it  (or forwarding it).   Ensure your membership no longer responds to any old emails
