I would like to take our site offline so it isn't discoverable? Because we are not using FTH, I don't want anyone to be confused about our actual website.

You have me confused.  What is the "our site" you wish to take offline?  In the next sentence you indicate "we are not using FTH."  Please clarify, and if you do have a FTH site, we need (at least) the club number to do anything to help.

There is no disable function. There is active or deleted.
If you are no longer using FTH you should request that the site be deleted.
Club number is always required.
