Hello. First time on here as a new president so I hope I'm doing this correctly.
We updated our website with our new name recently and we think that my have caused us to lose most our home page content, including an important area saying "Find Your Voice" where visitors could click for our Zoom link (hybrid meetings).
Does anyone know if there is a quick way to get that content back? For instance, is it saved somewhere and we just need to find it. (I hope.)
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Margo

Hopefully someone in your club has been backing up the custom content.

There are various issues that can cause the page to not load correctly. We need your club number to investigate for one of those or if it is indeed lost.

1) You will have to rebuild your home page if you did not have a backup.

2) another thing you are using the club officers email address as the toastmasters.org contact email address, this will not work as only club members can use the officers email address to send to.  We suggest you use the club contact email address. Please see the documentation on instructions on how to setup tbe club contact email address.

Thank you,

Thank you, Brian.
My fellow Toastmaster Roxanne, who worked in IT for years, was able to update our homepage Thursday night with fresh content, so we're good!
I'll pass along the tip about the emails.
Best regards,
Margo
