Good Evening,

I have two situations.  

1. I have a member who used to be able to access the agendas and free toast hosts, but now she can't. I am not sure how to fix the problem. Do I need to remove her and re-add her? When I send out the meeting agenda, her email bounces back.

2. I have added a new member to Free Toasthost. Her name is crossed out, but she has not received the invitation email to accept access. What should I look at in the system?

Please could you give us your club number, so that someone can investigate further.

The first name of the member(s) in question may also be useful.

Do NOT remove and re-add the existing member, or you lose all their history.

Get the new member to check their spam folder, as opt-in messages can sometimes go there.

1) her name is entered as Jessie
2) using her email to log in I can access the agenda but not update as she does not have a role that has update access, nor is she appointed officer as an updater by the admin,

Your new member needs to go into her email and remove some of the messages so that she can receive others. Then she should be able to get the opt-in message and action it.

Hi, Thank you for your help. We met with the new member today. She checked her email, spam and junk folder but has not received the email invitation to free toast host. Here is what I see:
Shirley Wood's name has a strikethrough in her name.

Please let me know if I am missing a step her. Her invitation will expire in 9 days.

Shirely's name is not entered as you reported it. Please make sure your spelling is correct.

The welcome email was resent to the email address as entered and accepted by gmail. Have your new member check her in box and spam box.
