Good evening! I'm Joju from Otemachi toastmasters club in Japan.

CB-01592494 - OTEMACHI TOASTMASTERS CLUB

I'd like to know how we can remove the check box for "Check this box to be included in emails about future meetings & events." at the bottom of 'Contact Us' form. It does't seem it's customized for each club by club officers.

In advance, I would appreciate your immediate attention of above.
