For the past year at least, some of our members have been unable to access or ToastHoast site while others still can. I'm one of those who has been unable to. For a time using a VPN helped, but now that doesn't help either. I have tried chrome, Safari and Edge search engines to no avail. Any suggestions.  My IP is IPv4: ?  209.159.196.70  .

For the past year at least, some of our members have been unable to access or ToastHost site while others still can. I'm one of those who has been unable to. Kathleen Christopherson is also unable to. For a time using a VPN helped, but now that doesn't help either.My operating system is Microsoft Windows.  I have tried chrome, Safari and Edge search engines to no avail. Cookies are enabled. And I’m using the latest version of chrome.  If “refreshing browser cache” is the same as clearing cookies, I do that periodically.This is the message I get when I try to access the site:This site can’t be reached6049.toastmastersclubs.org took too long to respond.Try:
  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics

Most VPN are blocked because of hackers.

The IP range you are using is on a spam black list.
