From: George Randall Club No.: 1634 Custom Domain: sandbelttoastmasaters.com.au
Hi,
Today I received a system warning along with some possible causes as shown further below .
We/I have done nothing to change any of our settings in FTH since we first setup our domain. We did recently topup the subscription with our domain provider but that was well before the renewal time. So I am at a loss to know what could have happened.
I have just checked with our domain provider and the last messge from them after testing at their end was, and I quote:
"George, as per checking your Domain is active your DNS records are propagating perfectly. For this website issue you need to contact Amazon since they host your website."
Will you please advise as i do not know what else I can do?
Thanks,
George (admin for club 1634)
NOTE:  The FreeToastHost server was unable to create / renew a HTTPS certificate for your custom domain:
    sandbelttoastmasters.com.au
*** This means that you may not be able to access your website using https:// with your custom domain
name after any existing certificates expire.
Possible causes may include:
    a. Your custom domain's DNS records are set up incorrectly on your registrar's website.
    b. You are using domain forwarding--it is *not* supported.
    c. Your custom domain has expired. (If so, you must address this with your registrar.)
    d. The custom domain listed in the admin console is no longer being used.
    e. The FTH server was temporarily unable to connect with the free LetsEncrypt! service to create the certificate.
(If so, this could be resolved automatically in a week.)
