Strange, I don't see the site on my windows laptop, but it shows on my iPad (but as a default site with no customization). Sorry about the confusion.
Even stranger, I see the request/creation date over 4 years ago support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...h-demo-website#82484. Demo sites are only valid for 90 days, and then archived for a short while, after which they are permanently deleted. Yours must have been well past the expiry date.
Do you want a new temporary demo site?
