I haven't sent an email out to all members for a while, and emails are being sent by other members to all the club members individual email addresses. I thought I would be helpful by sending out an email of all the useful emails in the club. However, after several hours it has bounced back to me. mail.toastmastersclubs.org[50.19.253.65] refused to talk to me: 421

with membernnnnn it could be one of the members email that is bouncing the email.

When I send emails manually I have been getting a bounce back from an email address from one member (who is also an officer of the club) but she doesn't recognise the email address. I've suggested that her email is being forwarded to another email address but she says she hasn't done that. 

Could that be causing the issue?

The issue is when I use the members or officers email address that the email doesn't go through to anyone (see earlier post). 
When I send to Andrea's email address I get a bounce back from another email address and I was wondering if that was causing the issue.

I've set up an email list and I'm using that instead of the members-3395@ email address.

Your email processor does not like you sending email to yourself THROUGH the FTH mail list. This is not unusual this is spam protection that your email services uses.

Okay now I get it. My email hosting had to increase spam protection because some people were using my own email address to send me spam.   
I'll contact them to see if that can change otherwise I'll use the email lists I've set up.
