She entered her name, and also tried email address, but nothing resolved. Please help us to trouble shoot this issue. Let me know what info/data you need for investigation. Thanks, Chun-Yen

All member email addresses on your site are good Marievec has not yet opted in - she won't be able to access the site until she responds to the opt-in email. Am officer with access to the Membership Management module can resend the opt-in email, although it seems it was only recently sent.
