Hello,
In the past 2-3 weeks, I have been repeatedly removed from our club membership list on our FreeToastHost website. This message appears when I try to log in:

"Diane DeBok has indicated via a "Not a Member?" email link that they are no longer a member of club
164 and has requested that the system move them to Former Member status. "

I have never indicated that I am not a member and I have made no requests to be removed. In fact, I hold two club offices.
How can this be remedied?

Diane DeBok

Email security clients checking embedded links were triggering the 'not a member' response and causing this issue. FTH disabled the 'not a member' system last Summer for this reason.

Older emails still getting forwarded or replied to that contain the old 'not a member' link can still pop up and cause the issue.

Your admin messages show a bunch of recent events starting in late April. You might be able to review email activity and determine which message thread should be have the old links removed before the next reply/forward.

Thanks for your response. I am also the administrator of our website and see that these messages have shown up intermittently since Nov. 27, 2024.
I'm not sure how to review the email activity and message threads. Where would I review this?
Would switching to a different email solve it?

This is most likely related to an old email being forwarded / copied / replied to.  A different email address might help if you can't find the old errant email message
