kimtm Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 8 Thank you received: 2	I send a meeting/zoom link reminder to members and guests. Would like to switch from bcc for guests to using the Guest List. Can I send to both Members and Guests in the same email, or must they be two separate emails? Could not find this in documentation. Thanks, Kim 1142333 Westside Professionals

I don't recall if an officer can email to both lists at once, but I don't think it would cause any harm if they tried. Obviously, a member wouldn't be able to do this.
