Talking Heads Of State (THOS)
Toastmasters Club (#00707433)
Website: talkingheadsofstate.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi?adminlogout

Greetings,
Neither I nor any of the other members for Talking Heads Of State Toastmasters club can log into the FreeToastHost site. The only log in possible is club officers like me who can log in as site admins. But no general members can sign in.

Here's what I've done so far to try to resolve this issue:
- I looked around in the site admin portal. (To no avail.)
- I called Toastmasters International for help (To no avail. They directed me to this site.)
- I used the search function (as instructed) see if I could find the solution to this issue. (To no avail.)

Furthermore, I am a member of two clubs. I can sign in just fine on my other club's FreeToastHost site, but not this one. As I don't have another email to provide, shouldn't my username and password for FreeToastHost be universal? If not, how can I make that change without disrupting my log in for my other FreeToastHost login?

Please help me and my club resolve this issue. We want to be able to log on, generate our agendas, and everything else FreeToastHost can do.

Thanks.

Each freetoasthost site is independent of the others - the same person can use the same or different logins and passwords for different sites, e.g. one club might include education awards as part of name, or use full names.

What happens when you try to log in as a member?  Are you leaving the password blank to reset?  Do you get the email link?  I don't see any password reset attempts.

The member email addresses listed are all corporate / government addresses.  They pass the email check, so that shouldn't be a problem.  Could it be an office firewall or VPN preventing you from accessing the site?

I notice that your email address here is the same as the club admin, but the name of the club admin is not listed as a member.  As admin you can add members and edit addresses (unless blocked by a member)

Greetings,

I looked into it with the members who have state gov't emails. They said that to their knowledge, they didn’t have government firewalls/VPNs.

In any case, since my last message to the FreeToastHost team, I discovered the solution to this issue. Essentially, the Vice President of Membership did not add any of the members to the platform, hence why none of us could sign in. (I sent my request for help to your team assuming that we were all added, but we were not.)

I’ve now added everyone (including myself) and I was able to sign into the platform. I think I’ve got it from here.
