Our new VPPR has logged to our site (usda3294.toastmastersclubs.org/) and began to add dates on our club calendar. (usda3294.toastmastersclubs.org/calendar.html).

She did so with no problem except that when she post the entry on the date she wanted, when saved the entry moved back one day. If, for example, she wanted to add New Year's Day to Jan. 1, 2026, she was able to fill out the form and selected the correct day. When she saved, that entry was showing on Dec. 31.

I would not find the same issue in the forum and did a few other searches. Hoping you can help. I've never heard of this issue before.

Your calendar is based on New York time  (that is a variable set by your club)
The calendar times are based on the actual time in the time zone of the viewer (or the device they're using).  Your meeting times show as Thursday 1.55am for me - that is correct, it is your meeting time in my time zone.  This is really handy for online clubs with participants in different time zones.

I assume your VPPR is in a time zone behind NY.  If anyone in NY or ahead looks at the calendar it will show correctly (New Years Day shows as 1 January when I view it)

When you create a full day event (no time) it will show the day midnight struck in NY, but in the viewer's time zone.  (actually I'm not sure if it is 12am or 12.01am - would have to test)
If you want the date to show wrt your meeting time, use the "day" option at the top of your calendar and set the time to your meeting time (12pm will do).
