I am excited to share this since it has been working GREAT and opens endless possibilities!

I really wanted to have a way for our club to track club goals that looked good, easy to read/understand and simple for the VP-Education (or any responsible person) to maintain (without ADMIN permissions). The answer: A customized Google 'spreadsheet' embedded into a FTH2.0 site page!

Steps: modify the attached Excel spreadsheet to your liking; upload into Google Docs (now called "Drive") as a spreadsheet; go to File > Publish as Webpage > find the Embed code > create a blank webpage in your site > Edit page > click "Source" (to edit HTML) > paste in Embed code (includes the word "Iframe" in the beginning) > and Save. Note: when you paste the Embed code, you will have to manually change the height and width values (in the embed code) for a good fit in your page. Try 3000 height and 700 for width. I can't really give you a link to check it out 'live' because I have it as a member's only link in the site.

Bonus: we are also starting a club newsletter and I wanted to share it on our FTH2.0 page (public), so I found a Google Doc 'newsletter' template > Modified it > embedded it. TM2 Newsletter I just posted it, so it's still got default content in it until our VPPR changes out the content. Cool thing is, she doesn't require ADMIN access to our club website to do it (she accesses directly through Google Docs).

Please feel free to COPY, modify and USE anything you find on the site (no restrictions whatsoever).

- Check out the FAQ (and copy/modify it).
- Copy/modify the HOME page.
- Copy/modify the Meeting Info/Directions page.
- *** HOT: Copy/Modify/Use the Membership INFO page. Never get confused about calculating dues again! You will have to reproduce the table because it is an image.

I am assuming that you have privileges that allow you to access our members' only areas.
