A tip:

In order to print the background shading on the printed agenda and other reports such as the Multiple Meeting Sign-up sheet, you need to make sure that you have adjusted your browser's print settings to print background shading and images. The name of this setting may vary by browser ("Print Background Colors and Images", "Print Background Images", etc.), and I have found that it is not always the easiest setting to find. For example, I am mainly using Internet Explorer 9, and to get to the setting you either have to click on the gear (settings) icon in the upper right corner, then click on Print->Page Setup OR you can access it via the Print Preview screen (also with the gear icon) if you happen to cancel out of the Print dialog . I have attached a screen shot to this message showing the dialog in IE9 where this setting is located.

If others are using another browser such as Safari, Firebox, Chrome, etc., perhaps they could find this setting and provide a screen capture of its location in this thread as I have done to benefit other FTH2 users. B)
