I am the VP Education for Club #1682337 - Northwords Toastmaster of Columbus, GA.

I would like to edit the agenda that comes with the FTH system but I want to make some changes. Can't quite figure out how.

1. The Sgt at Arms calls the meeting to order, not the President. FTH won't let me change the role on its agenda
2. We don't have an invocation - want to remove that
3. We don't have a Jokemaster, we have a Pearl of Wisdom. I want to change that role

Delete the roles you don't want, then create the ones you would like.

Doesn't answer question #1

When I try to edit the agenda I get a screen (see atached) but can't edit. Get a cursor with 4 arows but can't change field with role "President'

Do I have to delete and re-add each agenda item whwre I want to change the role?

Thanks
Chris

Chris,

No attachment.

Yes, you need to delete each role that you don't want.

The cross arrows is used to drag and drop to the location in the agenda you want the edited or created role. You can only drag up to the top of he screen, then scroll up and drag and drop again.
