When I upload the minutes, they are now all grouped together under the Club Meeting Minutes heading, but they are organized by the size of the document, I think? Is there any way to make them fall in date order so they are easier to find?

We have been holding Business Meetings over lunch to try and figure out our Club Success Plan and the overall flow of the Club. The President would prefer these minutes to be for Officer use only and not available to all the Club members. Is there any way to upload the minutes, but make them for admin use only?

1) the files will be organized by the name you give them is you put the date in thr yyyymmdd format in the name whey will be in date sequence.

2) no there is member and public only.
