I have become the administrator of our club website; in the past all officers were using the same password to log in as an administrator. What do other clubs do? Should officer access be restricted by the web authority designated by their office? Or, does it matter that more than one person can log in as administrator?

When I log in as administrator (using club number and password) does my access to our club website differ from that of someone who logs in using their name and the administrator password?

There is only one 1 site admin user and password, only that user has access to the admin console. How the club manages the site admin user is up to the club. Many clubs share the admin user and password with those who assist the Site Admin.

Using the admin password on a members user does nothing to grant them any different access than they have using their own password.
