We have two meetings every other week, one at 930am and one at 7PM. So I set up two templates, one for each of those, and when I add new agendas to the calendar,, it seems like sometimes the calendar shows the meeting at 930AM and other times at 1200AM, even though i'm using the same keystrokes each time. Today I wanted to add agendas for July and August, and even though I did the same thing each time, the agenda's show up differently on the calendar...the times show correctly on the agendas themselves, but not on the calendar. What am I doing wrong? I'd be more than happy to share my login and password info with you if youd like to try it yourself.

Bill,

What browser and version are you using? They seem to look ok on my iPad, accounting for the one hour time difference between your location and mine.
