To Include Guest Speakers on agendas:

Add a dummy member (or members) to your roster in Membership Management. If you put curly brackets around the name, the dummy member will show at the bottom of your list (out of the way) in both Membership Management and in the drop down list for agenda roles. You could include dummy members such as {Guest} and {Area Governor} or {Area Director}. For the Area Governor / Director you could use the real name, e.g. {Joe Bloggs, Area Director}, and update it annually, and you can even add a photograph.

As long as you don’t include an email address in the Membership Management record, that person won’t get club email sent to the members’ email alias.

The dummy member will be included in the drop down list when agenda roles are allocated. Their “names” will be displayed the same way they have been entered in your Membership Management area, e.g. {Guest} or {Area Director}. If the person assigning the roles feels the need to include the Guest’s actual name in the agenda, that can be added to the role/agenda item description once the role has been assigned.
