With the old calendar you could specify when an event (ie SPEECHCRAFT) would end. The calendar in FTH2 puts the notice to the end of the year and you need to delete the extra dates.

Can we have the same feature that we had in FTH?

To do this, just select the starting day (click and hold mouse button), drag your mouse to the end day, then let go of mouse button.

You can only select consecutive days by the drag method, as far as I can see.

Les, what I do for those situations it to add the event, usually using the weekly recurrence. Then I go to the event on the date after the last day of the event, and click on it. One of the Options is to delete This & After, which removes the currently selected event and all subsequent recurring events.

It's two steps, but it's straight forward until something better is implemented.
