The majority of our members do not have the capability of unchecking the box to allow our information to show on our website. How can we fix it?

You haven't provided your club number, and your question is a bit vague. Do you mean that the "Meet our Members" page isn't visible? Your website administrator can make that visible from the Appearance tab of the admin console: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/appearance

Members cam choose whether they want their profiles to show on the Meet our Members page (if it is visible), by logging in and editing their profiles:
