This is NOT an urgent issue as, surprisingly, it has never come up before, but it came up this week.

On our agenda, we have the Toastmaster in two places. The Toastmaster is at the beginning of the meeting, right after the President's opening, and then later takes control back from the General Evaluator.

The problem is, when someone volunteers as Toastmasters, they are only listed in the first slot. The second slot remains unclaimed.

This week, for the first time ever, someone volunteered in the first slot, and someone else volunteered for the second.

Is there anyway to configure the agenda such that someone selecting the Toastmaster role would fill in each appearance of that role?

Thanks.

It is in our docs. It is the whole point of the "keywording" feature...

Look at support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda and scroll down to the Repeated and Grouped Roles section.
