Is there a way to allow visitors/guests to see the agenda. Not to sign in but to see it and know what we are doing?

Due to privacy laws we cannot allow this.

I am not asking to send it to them, just for some way that they could see it, see what was happening at the next meeting and perhaps spark some interest in the meeting and to see what the meeting is about. Right now guests and prospects cannot see the agenda on the FTH website, as I understand it. Thanks for your help

I am sorry but I don't understand how we are invading anyone's privacy. I know we can't send it to them but this is just for someone to look at the agenda, no access to do anything. Help me understand this please. Thanks.

The agenda has members' names and/or photos in it. Names and photos fall under the privacy laws. That is the issue.

If you want to do something like this just for information purposes, then you could just make a PDF of an agenda that does not have any names in it, and save the PDF in the file manager where it can be accessed via a link. If you want to get fancy, you could create a screen shot of this "empty" agenda, put the screen shot image in a custom web page and link the image to the full PDF of the "empty" agenda.

The laws make it so we cannot publish any name or images of people. People must have control over who sees their name and images.

An instance we have had to deal with for example is a woman who was being harassed by a person who saw their name and image on a FTH website.
