We have had to replace one of our officers and need to make the change on all the agendas going through the end of the year.  I know I can do it one by one and then delete the duplicate with the old officer showing, but is there a way I can change all the agendas between now and 06/30/2023?

There's no batch edit function (or trick). One by one is the only way.

Depending on the nature of the edit you can determine if it's more efficient to edit the existing agendas or revise the template and replace them.
